Terms and Conditions of Membership
1. A company/organisation becoming a member of Bridge Club agree to undertake to operate in accordance with the following requirements

a.  Conduct its direct marketing activities at all times in accordance with the British Codes of Advertising and Sales Promotion and with any other codes of practice or conduct as laid down by the Bridge Club from time to time; and in such a way as not to prejudicially affect the well-being or reputation of the Bridge Club.

b. If the member wishes to promote its services through its membership of Bridge Club, to do so in such a way as to avoid any negative impact on Bridge Club or its member companies.

c. Pay the requisite membership fee within 30 days of invoice or if applying online payment is required immediately

2. The Bridge Club may suspend or expel any member who is found to have ceased to meet the membership criteria, or who after a fair hearing is found to have prejudiced the well-being or reputation of the Bridge Club.

3. Bridge Club requires one month's written notice of the cessation of membership. Where notice is given less than one months prior to the member's renewal date, the member will be invoiced for the balance of the notice period. When notice is given on or after the membership renewal date, the member will be invoiced for the full years membership. Membership will cease at the expiration of the notice period.

Terms and Conditions of Non-Members
Registration for a Bridge Club event must be paid before the event; if registration is online, immediate payment will be required. If places are cancelled more than 72 hours before an event a full refund will be given, however if places are cancelled less than 72 hours before an event full change will be taken.

While at a Bridge Club event, the person/persons registered must conduct its direct marketing activities at all times in accordance with the British Codes of Advertising and Sales Promotion and with any other codes of practice or conduct as laid down by the Bridge Club from time to time; and in such a way as not to prejudicially affect the well-being or reputation of the Bridge Club.
