BQ Magazine’s BQ2 supplement in July will be a special report on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), in the North East, celebrating and showcasing just how much our businesses, both large and small, contribute to the region, not just in financial terms but also in time and other resources.

As part of that supplement BQ Magazine will be compiling a table of the North East’s leading contributors whether to charities, schools, local organisations and projects or to sports and cultural causes. The supplement will showcase how businesses are contributing to their local communities and society by not only operating in a responsible manner but also by having concern for the environment, the workplace and marketplaces in which they operate.

The report will help highlight the importance of such support and give the companies involved some credit for a generosity which often goes unrecognised. The aim is to showcase both large and small business, whether you are supporting a local organisation or involved in the community in some way, and are interested to hear from anyone involved in CSR in the region.
