As you may be aware, recent months have seen many changes at The Bridge Club: we are now a smaller, more focussed team and as such have decided to review the service that we offer to our members.
By far the most popular element of Bridge Club membership is the "In Conversation With..." events. Many of you gain enormously from the events in practical hints and tips and the equally valuable connections with fellow business people, of all ages, from all sectors, with all kinds of experiences to share.
As a result, we are amending the format of the Bridge Club membership. Membership to The Bridge Club is now automatically inclusive. That means there is no longer a need to sign up for a year - if you want to come to an "In Conversation With..." event, we want to see you there! We have removed the requirement for admin-heavy application procedures and with it, the annual fee. From 1st April, anyone is welcome to join us at "In Conversation With..." events and everyone will be charged in the same way:
- If it's your first visit to an "In Conversation With..." event, you will be charged £10 including VAT to attend.
- If you have been to an event before, the charge is £15 including VAT per attendee.
- If you have time left to run on your existing membership we will of course welcome you for free! We value your ongoing commitment and know who you are!
- Payment will be due prior to the event, by cheque or BACS, or can be paid on the night by cheque or cash. We are keen to keep our prices as minimal as possible so please get into the habit of paying for your attendance in advance.
As we are sure you have noticed, this provides excellent value for money for everyone wishing to attend an "In Conversation With..." event. It's pay as you go, so you only pay for what you use.
